The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

We loved everything about this property, The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff was courteous, and location was perfect. I loved the Moroccan decor, the tea, and food was excellent! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We had a lovely suite initially but due to a water leak we were upgraded to the Royal Suite which was truly amazing.
