Mohamed took the time to show us what we could explore around the city and even arranged a guide for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best of all, when we accidentally left behind a souvenir, they went out of their way to help us get it back by giving it to someone they knew who was traveling in our direction. We’re so grateful for their kindness—thank you so much!

Spacious and felt pretty luxurious. Amenities and food were open till late hours. The location felt safe and plenty of hammams and souk around. Breakfast was the best! Plenty of variety served up to the room ( if you sleep in) that was very accommodating. Staffs were kind and respectful.

Super comfortable and the decoration was simply perfect . Hamza was super nice. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The location is also fabulous. Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Excelent rooms, very spacious and comfortable. Staf was very friendly.

I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

Set in the heart of Fez, in the city’s new quarter, Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace offers air-conditioned rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Located in a large property in the new city within a 15 min drive to all the major sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a small sit out on the balcony attached. The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.

Excellent location, very comfortable room, extremely clean. Beautiful and new building. Easy to get to the medina, only 200 m or so but very safe as location is in the edge of the medina. There is a parking next to the building, just an empty dusted space but serves the purpose. Good breakfast, could have more vegetables (anything like cherry tomatoes, green salad leaves) and cheese - there were, but very small quantities. We were greeted on arrival day with dates filled with nuts - what a delicious treat! We have also enjoyed the SPA - nice experience too, however somewhat expensive. Don’t miss Chouara tannery, 20 mins by foot into the medina, lovely walking through the winding alleys.
