Alright, so I stayed at Hotel & Ryad Art Place in Marrakech, and overall, it was pretty amazing. The location? You literally couldn't beat it – right next to the main square and the famous souks. Talk about being in the heart of the action! Breakfast was seriously good – a real highlight of my stay. And the staff, wow, they were incredible. There was this one guy, Ravi, who was always around, super prompt, and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. The room was also a great size, plenty of space to chill.

Guests received a VIP welcome with tea and Moroccan pastries. This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in and one we will return to. Each room was unique in decor, fantastic attention to detail and food excellent.

All rooms at Les Jardins De La Koutoubia have a private bathroom with amenities. Location was perfect. It was in the quiet part of the medina. The hotel facade was so unassuming. The minute you enter the lobby, you will be amazingly welcomed by a very refreshing lobby and poolside area. This seemed like the only hotel that offered multiple dining options! Truly a gem of Marrakech! I just couldn't remember their names, but all their staff from Concierge were truly wonderful people to talk to. Extremely helpful too!!!

It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at and believe me I’ve stayed at quite a few great ones around the world. I loved the facilities, the home away from home feel. The food is amazing. Desserts are delicious. The attentiveness of staff. Ismail the concierge is super amazing. Staff at the reception showed high level of commitment, dedication and respect. Shuttle bus to the old city centre. I’m excited and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back with family

The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Bahia Palace. From unassuming environs, once we walked through the door our experience was transformed. The riad is an oasis of calmness and relaxation with every detail for the guests to have a great stay, considered. The interior decoration is fabulous and the facilities top class. Do not miss the opportunity of staying here if you are in Marrakech. Staff are excellent and attentive and while we did not have the opportunity of using the pool or dining on the roof terrace, both are beautifully appointed.

The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at this 5-star hotel. There is one word to describe my stay at this magnificent hotel; SUBLIME. The only negative part of my stay was the fact that I had to leave at all. Until I am able to return (hopefully soon), I will keep this magnificent hotel in my dreams. The attention to detail in every aspect of this facility is astounding, and they deserve their Relais Chateaux status in every single way. The design is a work of art in every area. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating and each one is truly there to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is a haven of tranquility, the spa is superb, the bedrooms are stately and exquisite, the restaurant, lounges and bars are beautiful (I did not eat much due to allergy diet restrictions), and you will likely find yourself leaving begrudgingly when your checkout time arrives. Staff members who were exceptionally helpful and stood out during the stay were: Abdul, Miriam, Yassin, and Assoul (hope I recall correctly, the bartender..) at the pool, Sallim and Yousef at the front desk, Mouna who gave massage at the spa, and honestly just everyone was amazing, and I apologize for the names I did not remember and am not mentioning. The owner should be proud of this fine establishment with equally fine staff members. I have stayed in many 5*+ hotels worldwide, and this one has now truly hit the top of my list. I look forward to returning as soon as possible, inchallah 🙌🏻.
