And they r so kind they offered us a free cocktail on our arrive and the snacks and drink in the room are free for a first use. But once renewed u have to pay.

Very smiling and friendly staff. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are clean and cozy. The outside area near the pool in the evenings had a live music which was really nice. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here , from the moment we arrived to the time we were driven to the airport, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel as you would imagine has everything you could wish for in a great hotel , but with out doubt the greatest asset the hotel has is the fantastic staff . The hotel was absolutely stunning — very clean and truly five-star. They gave us an excellent room in a great location, with a balcony overlooking a large, beautiful garden. On Eid Al-Adha, they hosted a lovely barbecue with live music, which made the experience even more special. The Moroccan hammam at the hotel was also wonderful. A special thanks to Jalila, a new staff member, who gave us a warm and informative tour of the hotel when we arrived — it really made us feel welcomed.

I’ve stayed in many great hotels around the world, and this one was easily on par with some of the best five-star experiences I’ve ever had. But what truly made it stand out—the reason I’d call it the best experience I’ve ever had—was the staff. Every single person we encountered seemed handpicked for their warmth and attentiveness. You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s stay and overall experience.
