When I arrived, Kamal at the front office was very helpful and friendly, making check-in smooth and easy. Ahmed also made sure I felt welcomed right away. I really appreciated that personal touch. Aziz, the bellman, kindly helped me with my luggage and showed me around with a smile. Salma from Guest Relations checked in with me later to make sure everything was going well it was nice to see that level of attention to guests. The room was clean and cozy, and the housekeeping team was very efficient in providing anything I needed during my stay. I also spent some time at the bar near the reception, Oumaima, the waitress there, was super kind and always served with a smile. As someone who loves seafood, I was really impressed with the fish restaurant that serves dinner. The quality was top, and the flavors were on point, definitely one of the highlights. Also, the drinks at the pool bar were super fresh and just what I needed while relaxing by the water. The place is calm, perfect for switching off, and the view was beautiful throughout the day. Everyone I interacted with was professional and made the stay really comfortable.
