While everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, I must give a special shoutout to the team at the main lobby desk. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home.

Free shuttle to the private beach Everything was perfect. The staff were so welcoming, smiley, nothing was too much trouble, their service was superb throughout our trip. Hotel was really clean, the facilities wonderful, great idea having different temperature pools. Loved the location on the hill, had fabulous views. Breakfast was great (if you’re a decaf drinker there are no options though), a huge selection, Moroccan pancakes are a must! So very sad to leave, can’t wait to return in the future.
