She greeted us every morning with such kindness and always ensured our needs were perfectly taken care of , We were oft served almost every morning by “Reda “ in the breakfast team whose warm smile and kind welcome made each day start beautifully. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the best that the city has to offer. Whether I was looking for great restaurants or beautiful sights, everything was just a short walk or drive away. Additionally, I would like to extend a special thank you to Najwa, the cleaning staff member who took care of my room. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. My room was always spotless, Thank you to both the hotel team and Najwa for making my visit so memorable.
