The welcome of the staff on the reception was beyond all expectations, they upgraded our room, explained the services of the hotel, drove us to our apartment and made us feel at home from the first moment. The rooms and the facilities are at the very high-end, same as the restaurants. And as a plus, we loved the taxi boat from the resort to the old town.
