Reception is open 24 hours a day. The room was large and airy with a great sea view. The hotel is well located in St. Julians close to all the amenities. Whilst you are close to everything the hotel is an oasis of calm away from the busy roads. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice and the staff are very friendly. Our first night we arrived late and ate at the lobby restaurant. The food was excellent. Special thanks to Andrii Putria the service express supervisor for assistance with the booking and to the concierge Joseph for arranging a guide to take us to Gozo at the last minute.

The Resort combines luxurious charm and the relaxed feel of a Mediterranean spa, with well-appointed premium category rooms and luxury suites. Staff, everywhere, specially in the M club! Mr. Alex, the general manager come to us, to say hello,almost every evening, very polite. Clean room, nice view, if you have a sea view room, I recommend it. Wifi works perfect.
