We felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. Rodrigo showed us around the whole complex and answered our questions. We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.

We arrived very early, 6am and the hotel were very accommodating and provided us a room straight away. We had booked a room with sea view. The wi-fi was not working upon arrival and shortly after checking in we were offered a room on a different floor, the WiFi was working on that floor but the view from the room was amazing. I woke every morning to watch the sunrise during our three day stay there. I would definitely recommend a room with view of the lagoon. See attached pictures of sunrise. The staff have a basic grasp of English and it was more than my Spanish but they were very helpful and where we couldn't understand each other we used Google translate. We had meals in the restaurant, the menu was changed whilst we were there and compared to other places nearby the cost was slightly cheaper. There is a small pool and some seating by the lagoon, it was nice to sit by the lagoon and watch the boats go by and also there was a bit of a breeze there. It was very hot and humid during our stay so the breeze was much welcomed. Our room was a good size, we had two double beds. The air-conditioning was much needed at some times to cool down and worked well. There is a smart tv although we didn't really use this much during our stay. Taxi was arranged for us to go to the bus station when we were leaving. Overall really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was a 20 minute walk to where we had arranged a boat trip of the lagoon and less than ten minutes by taxi to a supermarket. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay if we visited again.

The room, in our case a bungalow with a great view of the lake with a balcony, was extraordinary

This was one of the nicest boutique stays I’ve had. Every little detail including the design and inclusions was just candy for the eyes. Very picturesque against such a beautiful lagoon. Staff were incredible from the moment we walked in - nothing was difficult or hard to organise for us. The common balcony and pool overlooking views of the lagoon in the balmy weather was such a highlight, complete with the best shisha! Great music/playlist as well. Having the restaurant Riad attached was a bonus as well. Our washing was returned within one day and reasonably priced. Room size was super generous, Luxe bedding, super clean, condiments included from the coffee, water and body soaps and creams smelled amazing! And the hot water and water pressure was so good too! Access to the lagoon at the front is so easy to walk out to from the hotel for only 20pesos. Parking is also available close to the hotel on the street. We were so sad to be leaving :(
