Very generous portions and healthy variety. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always working so hard. The location was so serene and peaceful. I loved the activities provided - the yoga, sound therapy, and painting were so enjoyable.

We felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. Rodrigo showed us around the whole complex and answered our questions. We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.

We arrived very early, 6am and the hotel were very accommodating and provided us a room straight away. We had booked a room with sea view. The wi-fi was not working upon arrival and shortly after checking in we were offered a room on a different floor, the WiFi was working on that floor but the view from the room was amazing. I woke every morning to watch the sunrise during our three day stay there. I would definitely recommend a room with view of the lagoon. See attached pictures of sunrise. The staff have a basic grasp of English and it was more than my Spanish but they were very helpful and where we couldn't understand each other we used Google translate. We had meals in the restaurant, the menu was changed whilst we were there and compared to other places nearby the cost was slightly cheaper. There is a small pool and some seating by the lagoon, it was nice to sit by the lagoon and watch the boats go by and also there was a bit of a breeze there. It was very hot and humid during our stay so the breeze was much welcomed. Our room was a good size, we had two double beds. The air-conditioning was much needed at some times to cool down and worked well. There is a smart tv although we didn't really use this much during our stay. Taxi was arranged for us to go to the bus station when we were leaving. Overall really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was a 20 minute walk to where we had arranged a boat trip of the lagoon and less than ten minutes by taxi to a supermarket. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay if we visited again.

The hotel was beautiful, loved the breakfast offered and staff was so helpful! location is amazing!

They have water, tea and coffee for free 24/7. And as a bonus you can borrow paddle boards or kayaks for free. And they have a dog which is very cute guy. The hotel is situated right by the lagoon so you can chill out on hammock all day long. We borrowed kayak and paddled to the canal los pirates although it is 2,5km far away:-) In this hotel they have also two restaurants we tried only one and we couldn´t be happier. The food was so delicious and they make also very nice coctails and smothie and fres juice. I really recommend take a massage. I have had so many massages through out my life but this massage was just a dream. I was so amazed the massage lady was kind of spiritual person and I felt so relaxed after that.

Loved the common spaces on upper level. Loved the private rooftop patio in the King rooms. Clean, fresh, well appointed and tasteful.
