The exceptional service from the staff truly stood out; they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the top-notch amenities, including the lovely infinity rooftop pool and the delicious on-site restaurant that showcased Mediterranean flavors.

My biggest fear with giving this review is that this place is fully booked next time we come to stay. Nothing like it. Absolute jungle bliss. We did the yoga and meditation even though it was new to us and enjoyed marshmallows over a nightly fire. If you are looking to relax look no further. You will need a car. So many beaches are close and at your finger tips. The beach hotels are loud and have music. This was zen all the way through. A very special stay and place. We will be back to recharge again.

We were unlucky that on our first night, our neighbours were unfortunately loud late at night. When we complained, the hotel went above and beyond and gave us our own secluded rooms away from the previous rooms. This is exceptional client service and would definitely return. Food was delicious, a real escape from the Riviera Mayan resort feel.

Hola, this is place is amazing. We enjoyed everything in this real boutique hotel where you are not too far from the beaches but you are in a pretty white area with a lot of silent and good vibe. All the staff is great and really polite, in particular, we got a lot of suggestions from Guido (you are the best). he is always very available and supportive in any requests/questions. Thanks Guido.
