Really appreciated having a master switch for all the lights. The staff were great, and we really loved the fast, free valet parking. Great wifi, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

They truly go above and beyond and I really made friends, I feel. Rudy, Eduardo and Mauricio are the best! We had a late flight getting in and an early flight getting out and they were able to arrange a ride for us. Truly the loveliest people. The food at the restaurant is also good.

Loved the decoration. Great, friendly staff. Will repeat when in Merida again!

What to say, this hotel is fantastic. The room is big and full of comforts like very high quality and bio products to wash yourself, a hairdryer, a night-gown. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool is nice and calm and offers some relax and escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also fantastic and staff was very attentive and nice to us. We really felt pampered even if we stayed only one night.
