The location is excellent—close to everything. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Love the environment and the vibe that it has. The place is super clean and well maintained. The staffs were very helpful and also friendly. Love the room that we stayed in and the view from our room. Special thanks to Mr Amir (receptionist) who helped us through our checking in process. And also Mr Fizzy who took extra care to make our breakfast time enjoyable. We would like to thank to each of the staffs that we met( sorry fr not getting your name) for making our stay a memorable one.

From the doorman to the executive chef, the commercial director, the F&B manager, the restaurant host or the life guard at the pool they have been an example of what a warm, caring and intelligent hotel staff is all about. Melaka itself is a smaller town with, despite being a tourist destination, very nice and hospitable people. The town itself boasts a lot of its long history with the Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch and British. The former City hall, het Stadthuys, is now a beautiful and informative museum. Definitely worth a visit. All that on only a 2 hour drive from KL.
