The front reception to room service staff, there were very trained to make my group feel so welcomed. I had a chef who made me tosai the next day after I mentioned what I like to eat the day before at the breakfast buffet. Thanks to the breakfast supervisor, he made me and my company feel special. Breakfast is very good, I really enjoy the noodle options. There are wide range of options from Malaysian traditional food, Western food and Chinese breakfast. Using the voucher I had best tomyum soup, mushroom soup and satay at the restaurant for dinner. Room is well-designed, comfy. The location is so nice, close to all places.

Staff, facilities and services all of high standard. Nice car park which was in fact easy to access. Breakfast was excellent. Would be better if there could be indication that a table was occupied. The staff were very diligent and they act very fast to remove all items (including uneaten food) and clean your table once no one was seen sitting at the table.
