My 2nd stay in 2 months, and still loving it. The Executive Apartment is best for 3 days or more stay. Wonderful dining-in food, piping hot and great service getting it in and out of our room. The room is still in top condition given that it is still a relatively new hotel. Breakfast buffet is still fresh and delicious, although I do hope there can be a lot more varieties. Drove from SG to Penang with my EV and charging is a breeze. Zero headaches. Stayed in two bedroom apartment previously, and this time was a one bedroom apartment. Both equally good, the living and dining space, great for family gatherings after a long day at Penang. Ambience of the room, lighting, the sofa and TV, the decor, all very nicely done. Feels like home!

Fantastic hotel and experience. Room exceeded my expectations. Nice and spacious, huge bathtub (can fit two easily!) and decent shower space. Nice and clean. Was blessed to get a top floor balcony view so no complaints here (view from my room attached). Breakfast spread was decent and good enough for being included in the price. We had a dinner buffet on friday, their 'Taste of Malaysia' buffet which I honestly quite enjoyed although a bit on the pricier side (RM160-180) but the food was decent. Hotel overlooks the beach and also has a pool at the front overlooking the same beach which makes a great view, good for photos also. Since the sun shines nicely on the pool its not too cold either. The staff were brilliant, attentive and are easily approached if you need help/want a chat. Front desk staff was always helpful and the pool staff were too. Overall made an amazing getaway for a week with the wife. Would return again given the opportunity. Would recommend using Grab, or use the provided shuttle from the hotel if you don't have a vehicle as it is a bit away from George Town. Shuttle times are 10am - 3 pm George Town and 6pm - 9pm Batu Ferringhi.
