Stunning hotel. The architecture is beautiful with indoor and outdoor spaces. The infinity pool is lovely with a stunning view. The glasshouse offered excellent food and beverages. The staff were all very professional, helpful and kind. The room itself was huge and beautifully done - modern and classy. Lots of little extras in the room. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower nice with the rainfall shower head. The location was decent, walkable to many things.

We booked the queen room and the room was spotless clean. The bathroom was very clean too. I am a person who is very particular of the bathroom cleanliness and this place matched my expectations. Thank you for highlighting on Booking.com that you have a bidet in your toilets. Not sure of others, but I choose my place to stay based on tbe availability of bidet and level of cleanliness. The room also had a great window with a sitting space that we could just sit, read and relax. It was very easy liasing for the place with great customer service. The servicing agent/ owner was very friendly. They have a very kind and friendly helper too! Loved my stay so much and thank you for the wonderful accomodation. Please maintain this service and cleanliness.

I like the everything from the momwnt I stepped in..I smell the amber fragrance of air freshner, professional staff who arranged my check in, early check in request was mafe available, beautiful unterior from the lobby up to the room. I like the touch screen lift, the unique kettle and ice basket plus a handheld steamer instead of conventional steam iron. The room ID and the toilet ID are well and carefully designed with detailings..plus the carpet, towel, robe are customade complete with the Peranakan motifs. Amazing!

Overall I love the scent of Marriott, it gives a good impression and warmth feeling of welcoming as you enter the place!

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi. From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

The room itself is comfortable, I needed a quiet room in town and this hotel met my needs well. It has a good location, situated opposite Nasi Kandar Line Clear and just a 5-minute walk to Kimberly Street to find things to eat. The room includes two toilets, and the shower room is clean. Hot water and strong shower flow. Staffs are freindly but seems they always busy. The breakfast is average, but they offer fresh fruit juice, which is a nice touch.
