Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Room service was quick and food arrived hot. Any issues that I had staff were available to assist and resolve.
