Nestled in the very heart of Rotterdam, a bustling city known for its rich history, contemporary architecture, and innovation, the hotel is centrally located and very well connected by public... Excellent service from arrival to departure! I really appreciated the noon checkout—it gave me a chance to enjoy a good morning rest. A big thanks to the housekeeping lady who kindly brought me a toothbrush. The luggage storage service for guests was also excellent. I will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel. Splendid staff!

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, spacious room, modern interior, bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, squeaky clean, exactly like in the pictures and located pretty much in the center of Rotterdam, lovely elevators with a nice view on the port of Rotterdam.

Our UK phone network provider is 02 although we had roaming it stopped working when we entered Europe. In my view 02 is the worst service provider ever. We had to purchase local SIM cards to call 02 Network support over 3 days but roaming still did not work. This was our first visit to the Hague and I was at the International Criminal Court. Wendy was amazing and exceptional. Wendy provided us with all the travel information. We had the whole building to ourselves. The view from the bedroom overlooking the river was exceptional. The place was easily accessible. 15 min walking distance to the centre of town. The shower was amazing and she had ayurvedic shampoo :-)
