Exceptional facility!!!!!! I had the most outstanding one night stay at SnowHotel. Everything was perfect. The SnowHotel itself was breathtaking, the restaurant facilities top quality, the staff went over and above, the huskies stole my heart. The location is stunning in general. I stayed the night before joining a Havila Cruise, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to organise a smooth transfer to the harbour.

The dinner was not good. But breakfast was superb as the chef in morning was very good and helpful. Location is perfect

Staff were great, especially Suzanne on reception and the omelette chef. Location could not be better. I suppose the room was not huge but we did not need a huge room. If I were to revisit Tromso I would not hesitate to book the same hotel. Breakfast was superb.

Visited early Oct 23. Amazing luxury riverside location with contemporary stylish rooms and spaces. Fabulous tasting menu - serious hats off to the chefs!! Staff very friendly and helpful, especially re knowledge of northern lights and when to see them / what to look for. Will definitely be back, hopefully soon!

Modern, new, clean, functional, good camping facilities. Location amazing, breakfast worthy of 5 stars hotels... River through location. Good cold swim every day in the morning.

Liked everything! Comfy beds, large bath, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, bedding, all superb! Best part was Nils who served well above and beyond call of duty and deftly solved two of our glaring logistical issues. Should I say that he picked us up and delivered us and our luggage to a hotel to hold the bags and then to our destination in town when we found ourselves in a bit of a conundrum. Nils is an outstanding ambassador for Norway should get a raise immediately!

We liked our cozy room and the private sauna. The staff was very nice and helpful. Exceptional service for the hotel as well as the restaurant. We booked a Snowmobile and Ice Fishing trip with the hotel and the staff was more than flexible with our wishes. We had an awesome day on the Snowmobiles and ice and received a lot of helpful information. Felt safe and comfortable with the staff and even caught a fish that was prepared by the chef for us to have for dinner. We loved the food of the restaurant. We would definitely come back.
