These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

The breaksfast was outstanding and short of nothing. The location was a bit further out from the centre but given the bustling, loud city, this wasn't a negative.

If you look for something traditional with a touch of luxury, close to downtown with a very nice pool overlooking the town (panoramic view with lots of fenestration and lots of wide open windows). Had the best service when it came to everything I asked, like food delivery, laundry and help with the luggages. In brief awesome place
