This is a beautiful property, well finished with extremely helpful staff. We arrived here whilst a storm was hitting Christchurch and this property lifted our moods and relaxed us. It might be more expensive than the average hotel in Christchurch but is more than worth the extra cost.

Galaxy Boutique Hotel ligger i Lake Tekapo, 46 km fra Mt. Dobson, og har et fælles opholdsområde og gratis privat parkering. Property is in a very good location, around a nice 10 min walk into the town area/ the famous church. Lovely view from the room out on to the lake and if you’re lucky enough to be on the 2nd floor there is a skylight where you can view the stars. A nice touch. Breakfast also good. You order what you want so little wastage, which is a good idea. The staff are also very friendly. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was very helpful with some tips on where to walk etc.

Toni was so helpful and accommodating. Suite beautifully finished. We enjoyed the tea selection and Linden Leaves products. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Originally scheduled to stay for a couple of nights, my wife and I ended up with a serious case of the flu on arrival. We managed to extend our stay by an extra 3 days. This was a lifesaver for us and our dogs. The staff here are exceedingly kind and helpful, and I mean all of them. We have stayed at lots of places, at both ends of the spectrum but the Montreal is a whole other level of great. Beds,rooms,bathroom,balcony and basically everything else is top notch,100% spot on. Thank you so much for looking after us.

As our first stop in Christchurch, this accommodation not only has the best location in city with its beautiful surroundings, also has one of the most charming hosts! My dad and I were so tired after taking long flights, but they gave us early check-in that we were both soo grateful. The room is like home itself(but a more cleaner and artistic one) and the bath water pressure was soo comforting. Highly recommended to anyone who vivid Christchurch. 非常可爱又舒适的体验！房东很好，推荐～

An award-winning boutique hotel, The George offers an exceptional blend of luxury, elegance, and warm hospitality in the heart of Christchurch. The staff was friendly and brought our bags to our room upon arrival. The room was comfortable. Cocktails at the bar were fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Location was a short walk to city center and the Botanical Gardens (highly recommend). We got a travel companion in "George" the bear, which was very cute.

This hotel is in a great location and is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it! The room was equipped with a dishwasher, an iron, bathroom amenities, and dressing gowns. It was modern, well-presented, and very clean. I especially loved the Alexa clock beside the bed, which provided weather updates, allowed me to set alarms, and offered news updates. Movies were free to watch as well! The tea and coffee facilities were excellent, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and modern. It was the first time I've stayed in a hotel that offered complimentary sanitary packs. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a selection of pillows available if needed. One of the best features for me was that there was no road noise, and the air conditioner was quiet—something that's quite rare! Having traveled to many hotels, this one is at the top of my list. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, and greeted everyone with a "hello." Altogether, it was a lovely stay!
