The bed & pillows was exceptional comfortable. 2. The additional sink and tap together with a microoven in the room itsef (outside the toilet & shower) make it practical and convenient for making our hot drinks and getting our water supply. 3. Individual AC in good working condition which we can control the temperature in the room! 4. Strong shower and quality shower gel and body lotion. 5. The design of the toilet allows me to put my toiletries and make up easily. 6. Room service - food available even early in the morning at 2 AM! Order is just at your finger tip via the hotel's tablet. 7. The hotel restaurant food was so delicious and reasonably price! 8. All reception Staff was courteous, reliable and helpful (especiallly Natasha) who helped booked local Tours and Taxi. The recommendation to take bus to Gondola and sea side at New Brighton were wonderful. The bus stop is just 2 to 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Easy walk to the centre of town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and the most comfortable high spec homely accommodation to come back to. If I could score this place more I would. Highly recommend.

As our first stop in Christchurch, this accommodation not only has the best location in city with its beautiful surroundings, also has one of the most charming hosts! My dad and I were so tired after taking long flights, but they gave us early check-in that we were both soo grateful.
