Individual AC in good working condition which we can control the temperature in the room! 4. Strong shower and quality shower gel and body lotion. 5. The design of the toilet allows me to put my toiletries and make up easily. 6. Room service - food available even early in the morning at 2 AM! Order is just at your finger tip via the hotel's tablet. 7. The hotel restaurant food was so delicious and reasonably price! 8. All reception Staff was courteous, reliable and helpful (especiallly Natasha) who helped booked local Tours and Taxi. The recommendation to take bus to Gondola and sea side at New Brighton were wonderful. The bus stop is just 2 to 3 minutes away from the hotel.

A traffic accident delayed our journey so we arrived late and left early the following morning, so didn't have time to appreciate the additional facilities of the hotel.Our room was blissful, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the view from our bedroom was lovely. .
