The cleanliness was amazing and the bed was excellent. The hotel reception staff was so helpful, especially Miss Seray, the duty manager was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Set in Shatti Al Qurum Beach Area in Muscat, W Muscat features an outdoor swimming pool. All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. Everything was perfect.. I contacted the stuff before arriving and told them I'm coming for my wife's birthday.. When I entered the room I found balloons all around the room..and a happy birthday sticker was on the bad. As well small cake was already in the table. Perfect 😍

Location of the hotel. It is surrounded by coffee shops, laundry and restaurants. The place was quiet, it has big parking lot. Rooms are big enough. The hotel is close by major malls as well. Great friendly staff.

Located in the center of Muscat, 5 km from Mutrah Souq and National Museum , the tallest hotel in Muscat, Sheraton Oman Hotel features a bar and spectacular views of the city. Breakfast was good, rooms were nice, clean, functional and the staff were very friendly.

The Grand Millennium Hotel features 328 rooms, suites and luxury apartments. It was wonderful stay!! The apartment was spacious, beautiful and very big. And the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was delicious, and I also had the opportunity to use the lounge on the 7th floor - for snacks during the day. Wonderful idea!! I very appreciate help of Ali from the reception. He helped me with changing my car with rental comapny in the night I came to the hotel and supported me all the stay. I would also thank Monica from the reception and the girl from the lounge - she was so nice and kind!! The room service was also perfect (I do not remember the name, but maybe Yosuf).
