The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooftop pool is very nice, and the food at Butcher House is of excellent quality. We were also given a free room upgrade!

Situated in Muscat, and directly linked to the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, JW Marriott Hotel Muscat features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool... Everything was perfect, inside out. The employees were absolutely lovely, from the cleaning team (Ankit, Florence) and around the swimming pool (Sami & Tin) will took a really good care of us. The chef was taking time to be sure that food was good enough, and he was super nice. Thanks to the Marriott’s Team who made our stay so peaceful and perfect

Set in Shatti Al Qurum Beach Area in Muscat, W Muscat features an outdoor swimming pool. All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. Nestled within the coastline community of Al Mouj and ‘the new heart of Muscat’, the five-star hotel will be an unparalleled luxury destination in Oman’s captivating capital. The Hotel was perfect and meet our expectations, specially the staff were very professional and supportive during our stay. I would like to thank AMAL for her kindness and support where she upgraded our stay for a better room :). in overall, I would recommend anyone to visit the hotel and I would rate it 10/10.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Crown Plaza hotel for a week, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruits, Eid chocolates, desserts, and complimentary toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel restaurant served some of the most delicious meals I have ever tasted. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, and the selection of wines was excellent. In addition to the restaurant, the hotel also had two bars and lounge areas, which provided a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the staff was always on hand to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and delicious food, then this is the place for you. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
