EVERYTHING All if the staff was so nice, kept checking that we r ok. Kept checking that the room is clean and the minibar is full twice a day. Everything we asked for had done really quickly. The bad was so comfy and the shower was great- the organic shampoo & conditioner made my hair looks so good and soft! The breakfast was great- a big staff that here to help in everything- big variety of food and juices. Everything was perfect so we decided to extend our stay in 2 more days.

Jorge (front desk) and Edison (door man) were always available when we needed anything. Location is convenient to restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The loft was perfect for our needs; two separate bedrooms and bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) offered the privacy and comfort needed for three adults. Full kitchen and a washer dyer combo.

Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free to a better room – such a nice touch! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the whole place felt quiet and relaxing. The pool area was lovely, and the on-site restaurant served excellent food. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were absolutely amazing: friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. If I had to mention a couple of small improvements, it would be nice to have more vegetarian options at breakfast, and my room didn’t have a hair dryer (though this might have just been an oversight). Overall, these are very minor things compared to the overall experience. I would rate my stay 10/10 and would definitely come back again!
