The breakfast is amazing, with so much choice. The staff are so friendly and kind, always on hand to assist. The food is top class, we ate there both evenings, the yakitori buffet was top class. The room was nice and spacious, with a big comfortable bed and a good shower. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the main plaza. The hotel also offer some additional extras, we joined the pisco sour class, which was enjoyable. They also have an alpaca in the courtyard for breakfast.

They took care of food order impeccably. Hotel room was spacious and charming. Bath tub and shower system was enjoyable. Location very near to main square.

Fantastic hotel with superbly maintained property and facilities. The location is a 5-10 min walk from plaza de armas of Cusco and easy walk to all the spots of interest in the historical district of Cusco. Breakfast is great and the staff are very attentive. We also did a pisco sour class by the bartender which was fun. Spacious rooms. The front desk also let us do a slightly later checkout which was much appreciated.

Our room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom had everything that we needed. The breakfast layout was good and ample. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt supported when my husband fell ill and needed medical attention. After this, one staff member kept asking us how he is, something we truly appreciated.

Outstanding facilities (spa included). Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had with live harp music and a huge variety of food. The room itself was like a luxury flat. Everything was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean.

We had a very relaxing stay- we had planned for one night, but extended it to two nights as we enjoyed the property so much The rooms/cabins are very large/ Nice bathrooms and beds with patios We ate all of our meals there and enjoyed all of them (I am vegetarian and liked all of my options/ my husband who is not vegetarian also equally enjoyed the meals) They have a few activities each day, we enjoyed a short hike and learned about the local community, plants and birds In the afternoon, they have a nice tea time with small snacks- For planning- it takes 1.5 hours from the airport/ plan a ride in advance- it is about $50 for a couple from Cusco The local area has a few popular tourist places to visit though we did not take advantage of these as we just enjoyed staying there The Sacred Valley was an adjustment in altitude for us (we are from Nebraska) and it was nice to acclimate there, before staying in Cusco and ultimately hiking the Salkantay trail.

Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.
