A few notable reasons why we loved our stay: (1) The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite during our second stay at the hotel following our 3 night Inca Trail trek. (2) We LOVED the complimentary breakfast. The buffet and menu had a number of unique options to choose from and everything was extremely tasty. The dining room and outdoor courtyard are also beautiful. (3) The complimentary pisco sour class was engaging and a ton of fun. (4) The hotel aesthetic was beautiful. (5) Location is great -- centrally located and on flat ground, which means that if you are taking tours, it's very easy for the tour operator to pick you up. (6) The spa was great.
