He was very kind and very attentive to the guests. The lady at the pool was also very kind and is doing a really good job looking after the pool area and the guests.

So close to Ayala Mall. Loved our stay in this hotel and will definitely come back!

Laundry I could just leave at the desk and it was back the next day. They had Netflix for free. Which was amazing cause I was really tired and spent most of the first day in my room.
