My room, a beach-facing sanctuary, was nothing short of perfect. It offered all the amenities and comforts one would expect from a five-star resort. The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly the closest you can get to the Boracay beach, with its sparkling white sand and turquoise waters stretching out before me. The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Dining in a pleasant beachfront setting was a delightful way to start each day, and the combination of excellent food and impeccable service made it even more memorable. Great location and value. Great service! The people that work there truly have a customer satisfaction ethic and are friendly. Felt right at home and enjoyed the stay. Beach location is great. Having breakfast or dinner under the Payag on the beach or courtyard was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I like everything in the hotel especially attitude of the personnel Suse in the front desk and Henry in the concierge was very helpful as everyone else in the hotel.

The best buffet breakfast. Excellent service. My stay was so relaxing and we were move into a better view. I would definitely come back soon
