I'd like to provide an update to my previous review of Altus Palace. While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it. They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays. Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right. A special thanks to Mrs. Chodarowska for her outstanding dedication in resolving the issue.

Built in 1725, Pałac Pakoszów Schlosshotel Wernersdorf combines historic architecture of a nobleman palace with modern design. We are returning customers, we love the property, it’s very comfortable and charming, we appreciate the very nice people working there ! Food is delicious!

Food at the restaurant is delicious, and there is a separate children's menu as well. We had a pleasant mountain view. The room is big with a nice and clean interior. There are several pools, saunas. The environment is quiet, so I'd say good enough for couples and families.

It is just next to National Music Forum, 300 metres from Solny Square and 400 metres from Market Square.... Perfect hotel. Amazing restaurant. Big rooms and good ac conditioning which flows not to the bed area.

Hotel SPA Dr Irena Eris Polanica Zdrój is located in Polanica-Zdrój near Zdrojowy Park. It wasnt our first stay and as always - great place to relax. Everything is at the top level with best quality.
