The accommodation offers 5-star accommodation with a spa centre and terrace. We loved the property, and the facilities were great! I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews, but we didn’t have any issues at all. The suite was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were lovely—going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The spa and wellness facilities were fab. We hired the bikes almost every day and did the yoga classes which were all fantastic and easy to organise. Breakfast was perfect for us, and we especially appreciated that it was available until 11 AM. The restaurant food was good—not extraordinary, but we had no complaints! You can tell everything is made fresh, with some ingredients sourced locally, many even grown on the property. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

We were greeted by very knowledgeable and polite staff who gave us a tour of the area, followed by welcome drinks at the top of the building's tower. Our room was spacious, comfortable and sunny. The room, and the whole establishment were very clean and there was bottled water available, mostly for free, everywhere. The food at the restaurant was great, and reasonably priced for the type of establishment. The wine and wine tasting were incredible!

The air-conditioned rooms at Pousada Mosteiro do Crato have a private balcony, cable TV, a minibar, and an en suite bathroom. All rooms are decorated with warm colours and dark wooden furniture. The staff was amazing and very welcoming, helping with the bags and getting us settled in our rooms and explaining how everything worked. Dinner here was excellent as was the buffet breakfast the next day.
