Surrounded by 80 000m² of beautiful gardens, this 5-star hotel is 4 km from Évora city centre and housed in a renovated 15th-century convent. It offers a piano bar and free parking. The pool was gorgeous, and the pool bar, food, drink, and staff were excellent. The grounds were amazing, it was like staying in a museum. The restaurants were delightful, the food delicious. The price for all these outstanding grounds, the room and accommodating service was incredible.

The whole experience from the food at breakfast, to food at dinner, as well as the incredibly helpful, polite and friendly staff. We wished we could have extended our trip.

Everything was more than perfect. The location is uniqe, the landscape and architectual design are flawless! The staff was so nice and warm and the facilities are diverse and sublime. Amazing (all include) Breakfast! 5 stars dinner! We played Pickleball and enjoyed the gym and pool. Best hotel I've ever been to.

A fantastic property in a stunning location. We loved the thematic decor of the property. They have some lovely touches like a rooftop sunset welcome drink. The food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the service. The 'wine at the table' experience is a must. The restaurant service was on point. The pool area is chic and the loungers comfortable. The water was refreshing! The spa area was good although the steam room seemed to turn itself off for some reason at one point. The fact that the horse stables are so close and that some of the horses roam the gardens adds a little magic. My wife had a horse riding lesson and enjoyed it.

This hotel is stunning! Everything about it is pure luxury. Decked out in marble, the rooms and facilities are incredible. The owner owns a marble quarry, so the design of the hotel is fully fitted out in marble. It is rare and world class. The daily breakfast was impeccable and the servers were so kind and spoke in French, English and Portuguese. The staff went over and above and we booked in a wine tasting with the chef of the restaurant and it was amazing!!
