Offering an outdoor pool and featuring lush green surroundings. Sublime Comporta Country Retreat & SPA is located in Comporta. The unit features luxurious rooms with furnished wooden terraces. The setting is magical, surrounded by forest but not far from the sea. The accomodation is a series of cabin-like rooms a short walk into the main lobby/restaurant area. There is a desk & bar area & plenty of cupboard space. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, and the deck & the views to the gardens outside very peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, including a fully labelled herb and vegetable garden. There are 2 pool areas, one for kids which is also a great idea. Transport can be arranged by golf cart to and from the restaurant but we enjoyed the walk. The breakfast was excellent, huge range of choices, and the dinners too, although it was pretty pricey. There is a separate spa centre and its a 10 minute drive into Comporta.
