Location is good, steps to main area of Belem, and use bolt for longer transportation(is way cheaper than taxi) The suite is absolutely gorgeous, super clean and staff are very kind, especially Bruno, he is the best receptionist of the Portugal, maybe even the Europe, loved him so much.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Enjoyed the water view. Happy with the location. Option to book the pool/sauna privately was great!

This 5-star hotel has a chunk of the historical 14th century Muralha Fernandina, along with views over 17th century noble households. An exceptionally comfortable stay. Every little detail was taken care of right from the reception to the room. Ester at the guest service was extremely warm and helpful. The highlight is the walking tour in the morning as well as in the evening which helped us know the city as well as get around on our own. The list is endless… food, service, cleanliness, location everything was perfect!

Loved the rooftop jacuzzi and bar, had a fab dinner one night and the beds were very comfortable.

We appreciated that the sheets were changed every day, unless we specifically asked them not to. Breakfast was excellent — flawless, really — and the breakfast staff was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view was absolutely stunning, and the staff were always polite and smiling. It became such a memorable experience that we’re planning to come back on our next trip!
