Guest rooms in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen TV, a seating area and a private balcony with sea views. Everything was elegant and top quality, so much attention to detail that made our stay feel so luxurious. We had a suite with garden access, with a large veranda area. The whole suite was very spacious and very comfortable. Service and support was top notch! Breakfast views from the Avista restaurant are stunning. The food was excellent, and we would highly recommend having lunch and dinner there if time allows. We had access to the facilities of the Cliff Bay hotel next door, wish we had more time to make full use of everything on offer!

The room was beautifully maintained, the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I would gladly stay here again

With 400 meters of private sea front, the 5-star property offers spacious rooms all with balcony and views of the Atlantic and the Deserted Islands. Two seawater pools at sea level and a third, fresh water (heated) pool at the hotel level. Beautiful property in a great location for hiking to Pico Ruivo and Pico Areeiro. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very special. The Hibiscus Restaurant had wonderful food and Fabrício was great!
