The commercial district is 1 km away. The service was above and beyond. For example, I called room service, but got no answer. So, I called the front desk to see what was up and within 2 minutes there was a knock on my door. The front desk clerk and the maitre d both showed up and took my order personally. Now that is the definition of service.
