Located in a historic building in the Old Town of Constanţa, Belle Epoque Boutique Villa offers individually decorated rooms in Baroque style. The rooftop terrace features panoramic views of the port.... All in all an excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. Location could not be better right in the middle of the Old Town without it being loud or anything like that. Breakfast was incredible and the service very personal and great.

Located just 50 metres from the Black Sea and across the Spa Sanatorium in Mangalia, New Belvedere Hotel, formerly President, is built on the vestiges of the ancient Roman fortress of Callatis. This is our second time at this hotel and it was really nice to return. Room: spacious and clean. Perfect for a family of four. Food: all the meals are very tasteful, good diversity for lunch and dinner. Nice that this year it was offered a glass of wine at dinner. Very good coffee. Private beach: organized and good atmosphere. The staff there is really helpful. Parking: good private parking and supervised (requires an extra fee) Hotel: beautiful garden with a lot of flowers which makes your stay even more pleasant.

We loved the building's historical vibe and classic furniture, high ceilings, large room and the balcony bath tub. The large balcony with a view, facing the Black Sea, is perfect to catch the sunrise. The Junior suite is the way to go if you stay at this property for a full experience. Breakfast and access to the private beach ⛱️ was all included, which made our stay even better. The nearby sister property (family oriented) will offer you access to their pools, restaurants and entertainment area. If you travel without kids you will not regret choosing Phoenicia Boutique. The manager was very welcoming and left us a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. We highly recommend them!
