The staff was always helpful and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. Our room was well-proportioned, spotless, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well , and the spa and pool in the basement provided a wonderfully relaxing experience—especially the sauna. The bar and restaurant were warm and welcoming, and our group dinner exceeded expectations—it was even better than expected, beautifully cooked and presented. Overall, a well-designed and enjoyable hotel with great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

Great location: close to the park and just a few tram stops away from the old center, while being in a small and isolated street. Great choice of food for breakfast Overall it was a beautiful experience, we would be glad to repeat it again next time we come to Bucharest.

While the decor is dated, the quality of the hotel and staff were wonderful. Staying in a icon building was amazing. We were upgraded to large spacious suite and after traveling for 6 week it was a relief to have this much space to relax.
