The welcome note, drinks, and macaroons were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly at home. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive selection of fresh, delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the French cuisine themed dinner -great food and excellent local wine. The spa and thermal water pool were a highlight as well - clean, relaxing, and very well maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently helpful and polite, offering great recommendations for local landmarks. We will definitely be coming back again!

We stayed here for our anniversary and were so pleasantly surprised — the staff had prepared a beautiful room for us and even left a small gift to celebrate. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has a stunning design, everything was super clean, and the whole atmosphere felt very welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight - not only was there a great variety, but they also served hot dishes, which you don’t always see. It made the whole experience feel even more special. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The 5-star Hotel Prezident Premier is located in the center of Sremski Karlovci, next to the 18th century Seminary of Saint Arsenius. Great stay in beautiful historic town near Novi Sad! Its inrerior is reminder of this place's AustroHungarian history. Highly recommended if you are visiting Novi Sad and you have a car. It is a very charming place with rich history and beautiful first Serbian gymanisum and school for young Orthodox priests both very well worth visiting. You can combine it with Petrovaradin Fortress or on yoru way to Belgrade. If you are doing Austo Hungarian tour and visitig Budapest and Vienna and Novi Sad than this is a stop for you ! Ideally located close to the centre of Novi Sad, the luxurious Prezident Hotel is a 5-minute walk to Novi Sad's Fair, offering a secure parking lot and a transfer service. Everything was great, the girls at the reception were outstanding. Thank you!
