Those were very special holidays for my family and they both showed how great and generous people they are. But also all the team working in this resort is just magnificent. Situated in Al Madinah, a minute's walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, 3 minutes from the ladies entrance, located in the pedestrian area ,Sofitel Shahd Al Madina offers accommodation with free WiFi. The reception staff was extremely friendly, nice and professional especially Shahd and Bassem. Both truly know what Customer Service means and what to do to satisfy the guests and leave a great impression with the hotel residents. I rarely find such friendly and flexible staff. Location from Harram was more than excellent! Cleanliness was superior House keeping staff was super friendly and nice. It was definitely a great experience.

The location is perfect, breakfast the best I have ever seen, staff so kind, accommodating, and always there to help from the reception to room service to breakfast staff, concierge, and guest services. Shefa also made sure that we had a pleasant stay and did not encounter any problems and were well taken care of. The suite was also bigger and more spacious than I thought! This will definitely be my first choice when I come back to Madinah again, Insha'Allah.
