The location is perfect, breakfast the best I have ever seen, staff so kind, accommodating, and always there to help from the reception to room service to breakfast staff, concierge, and guest services. Shefa also made sure that we had a pleasant stay and did not encounter any problems and were well taken care of. The suite was also bigger and more spacious than I thought! This will definitely be my first choice when I come back to Madinah again, Insha'Allah.
