Thoroughly spoiled during our stay, didn’t have to lift a finger. Exceptional service, even compared to previous other 5 star stays. Staff went above and beyond, so welcoming and efficient. Our first visit to Slovenia and they took care of EVERYTHING - airport transfers, local tours, dinner reservations. Communication was spot on even months before arrival, answering all of my questions and addressing various requests. Food was top notch, both breakfast and dinner, served by knowledgeable staff who ensured dishes were modified according to my dietary restrictions - I never had to worry. It was hard to leave!

A busy and large hotel in a great location is often tired and lacks any luxury. City hotel had a small room for me with all conveniences expected and some more and great breakfast, Very comfy bed, friendly efficient checkin and out. I wasn’t looking for five star but this 4 star was outstanding especially at the price paid

The location of the hotel was excellent, in the middle of the city center. The small details in the room like the orchide flower in the desk, the nice tea cup and the very good hair drier surprise me nicely, but the breakfast blowing me up - 5 stars Gourme experience !!!! :)))

I know Nox Hotel for 6 years. It continues to pleasantly surprise me everytime I get there. The hotel looks allways like new, the staff is realy gentle and everything is done in detail. I can say it deserves 5 stars!

some rooms are spacious..others not so much for 2 people but the price for the rooms was great...for single is fine...staff 5 stars..parking..close to ljubljana..very clean although there is room for improvement...bed mattress comfortable....great value for money...views from front rooms overlooking the main road and mountains...not noisy...if you drive great place..will stay again...

It was a perfect stay, high above our expectations. We got the room upgrade, the room was new and perfectly clean, very nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds, great coffee and lovely cosmetics. It also had a big balcony with a castle view. We felt like in a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was rich and tasteful and the hotel location is very central. The staff was also very kind, we are very thankful on everything!
