This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Chiang Mai. I love every staff member here, including everyone at 294 Bistro. The pool may be small, but it’s very comfortable. Soaking in the water under the bright sun while enjoying a drink is amazing! Also, this place serves the best Thai milk tea I’ve ever had in Chiang Mai! The room was absolutely perfect. We booked the highest-tier room, and it was incredibly spacious. The sunlight streaming into the room created a mesmerizing play of light and shadow!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It has all of the qualities you're looking for in a good hotel stay, clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff, but they definitely take everything up notch. The rooms are large and lovely, filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our room had a soaking tub plus a stand up shower. We slept great on the king size bed. We loved our little balcony over looking the courtyard. The room and maid service were wonderful. Having a restaurant on the property was excellent. We loved and looked forward to breakfast every morning, it was fresh with lots of variety and the perfect way to start a day of exploring. We had lunch by the pool one day and it did not disappoint. The bakery is delicious, our favorite was definitely the cream cheese croissant. We had a couples massage at the spa with a body scrub and it was perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day. Having a spa on the grounds was a great bonus. The common grounds such as the pool and dining tables are beautiful and over looking the river. The wait staff was kind enough to assist us with everything we needed to enjoy our take out at a table on the river. The staff is definitely what makes this place so special. You can tell they take pride in their work and taking care of their guests. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful relaxing stay with a touch of luxury.

All of the guys are kindly and friendly to help us have a wonderful stay! The room,the swimming pool ,the space. the breakfast ,the service are really great ! I will come back to visit again!
