We were extremely satisfied with the hotel and hotel services. The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars. The garden, pool, restaurant, and Cafe were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. The room was comfy and big with complimentary snacks and drinks daily. The hotel is close to the city center/night market (cca 10-15min walking). This hotel serves the best coffee we had in Thailand. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh with a lot of varieties (mango sticky rice, roti, and fresh fruits for breakfast). The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport.

Apart from the hardware, I appreciate very much the prompt response and friendly smile of all front desk staff. In the first night of stay, we experienced inadequate heating up of water for shower. Your front desk staff responded instantly to my call and had everything checked and put right the next morning. I would like to express my gratitude to Game, the customer manager of the hotel and her staff for making our stay in a most relaxed and pleasant way.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean, nicely designed. It is a charming hotel with a nice pool. The staff is exceptional, extremely polite, helpful, kind. They helped us throughout our stay with efficiency and kindness. It is an amazingly warm-hearted team who makes you feel at ease. The bistro is very good and offers a lot of choices. We hope we can go back to The Shamrock Hotel again! A big thank you to all the people of the team.

I loved my stay at Maladee. It's a gorgeous and luxurious hotel that's small enough to feel like a boutique hotel. All the staff are soo very friendly and helpful, especially Pun pun who helped me get a tasty Thai snack I'd been looking everywhere for. The rooms get housekeeping services twice a day at the very least. They also provide treats when they tidy up. The pool is lovely and relaxing and there's a bar if you need it. The location is quite handy and it's easy to grab a grab taxi via app or there are usually a few tuk tuks waiting around at the corners. Theres a pretty big night market a few mins walks from it (Anusarn) and lots of good places for massages! Also places to eat even if you're only up for walking.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to sing the praises of Thantara and the staff. Our two night anniversary stay was made extra special, and the staff went above and beyond in all aspects. One night at dinner, I wasn't feeling well, and they packed up our evening meal and drove us back to the room. They also left a get well soon snack and water outside our door. This care and consideration was shown again the next morning when they were enquiring how I was at breakfast. The room and facilities were amazing. Using the bikes to cycle around the grounds was lovely. We rented the scooter with sidecar but didn't actually realise how small and slow it was, so I wouldn't recommend it if you wanted to explore the grounds. All in all a fantastic stay at thantara and we hope to return one day.
