This is a great place to stay in the heart of Khon Kaen. We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome by all of the staff downstairs - both the security and the reception staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good amenities. The Infinity pool gives the best views of Khon Kaen - it feels like you’re swimming into the horizon. They have a skywalk on the same floor over the other side which is great and not for the faint-hearted. We loved the roof top bar, this was a highlight. Max was excellent and made us feel very welcome and took the time to talk with us and give recommendations of the city. Aom-am was also great in looking after us and always made sure we had the best service, she was our favourite. Also not forgetting the cocktail maker Nueng , really nice guy and amazing cocktails. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel, it made it a pleasurable experience and we will see you again soon.
