We did not imagine our boutique Dar La Menara would be a gem resting on the top of a hill… as the meaning for the property, truly a sunrise and sunset beacon upon Sidi Bou Said, Tunis, and The Mediterranean Ocean. It was as though the staff were patiently awaiting our arrival, big smiles and wide open arms as Samir, Wiem, and Zainab greeted us. Quickly we met Karim, completing the front line team, explaining the Dar, the amenities, and our glorious room. This was the end of our 16 day educational trip on Tunisia, its culture and rich history of Islam and how Tunis was and continues to be the leader in helping Africa shine bright! Breakfast was simply adorable, just as perfect as the hotel. Every morning you are greeted with those same true smiles from Samir, Wiem, and Zainab. You have so many options to sit just about anywhere to enjoy the skyline views while you have your coffee, tea, juice, and breakfast. Whether the room, the breakfast solarium, or down by the heavenly swimming pool. Eventually you will find Mohammad running around with the other staff ensuring everything is in tip top condition!!! And of course, the chief Murad is working hard to make sure everything is business as usual, will always make time for good conversation, and just like his team, he has plenty of valuable information to share about Tunis. Must not forget to mention the amenities… the cleanliness is so comforting after a busy trip and many hot temperature days! The housekeeping staff such as Taouse always around to ensure your room was quickly tidied up within a blink of an eye, she is so quick and amazing! The local bus, and train are barely 7 minutes walking distance from the property. The transit system is old… but it works, it’s adorably affordable, and the passengers are all helpful to ensure you are going in the right direction!

The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. O Concorde Les Berges du Lac é um hotel de luxo, junto ao Lago de Túnis. Fica apenas a 10 minutos do aeroporto internacional Tunis-Carthage e tem uma piscina e um spa. Great stay, 5 stars. houssem did a great job. This hotel is my go-to hotel when I come to Tunisia.

We were so pleased and impressed by the facility, service and the the marvelous staff that made our stay a truly remarkable one. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Região com opções de restaurantes, farmácias e mercados próximos, segura e bem em frente ao Mediterrâneo! Fácil de conseguir táxi/Bolt, próxima a Sidi Bou Said. Quarto muito confortável. Não o fizemos, mas eu aconselharia alugar um carro pra fazer alguns passeios de bate e volta (Hammamet por exemplo).
