The hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms are clean and comfortable, view is great, spa and fitness are excellent and have anything you may wish for. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

The spa and wellness facilities, including a sauna and massage services, added an extra touch of indulgence to our stay. The location is ideal — close to Pigale Beach and the lively Kuşadası Marina, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away. Although Qlusive Hotel leans towards the higher end in pricing, the combination of stunning views, world-class service, luxurious amenities, and a private, tranquil environment makes it absolutely worth it. We had a truly enjoyable family stay at this hotel. From the moment we booked, the staff was attentive and professional—they even contacted us before arrival to confirm our plans. The room was spotless and carefully prepared, with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and while I had arranged a cake in advance, the surprise sparkling wine they added was a lovely gesture. The hotel offers great amenities for families. There was a safe and well-organized area for children with daily activities, and in the evenings, a small fairground opened up—our child had a fantastic time. Although we visited in spring, the heated outdoor saltwater pool made swimming a pleasure. The surrounding fine sand and sun loungers created a real beach atmosphere, even though the sea was still too cold to enjoy. Every request we made was met with kindness—for example, when fresh juice wasn't available during dinner, the staff quickly arranged it just for our son. Overall, a relaxing, well-managed, and family-friendly place. We left with warm memories and would love to return.

Nice girls were so kind in Restaurant and make my stay even more enjoing and comftable (Ms. Suray and Caniya!!!). New hotel with near door to Shopping Mall make it resonable and usefull stay! Recomended highly! And VIEW from the balcone reminded me NICE, but with Turkish delicios taste!

The hotel exceeded our expectations - room was spacious and warm (in winter days). It was very quiet, obviously good sound insulation. Everything was clean, beds were pretty comfy, child crib was set in our room as per request. Delightful breakfast with a lot of options. Very good turkish hammam in the spa area. Swimming pool and saunas, everything was what we needed. Staff were polite and assistive with tips and recommendations we needed. Just next to the hotel you have the shopping mall and places to eat. Would stay again!
