Brand new hotel, excellent facilities, helpful staff, breakfast, lunch and dinner options within the full board are exceptional. You have a personal assistant who is assisting you with whatever you need dyring the stay. Breakfast with characters totally worthed as they make quite the show. We had a fantastic suite (4216) overlooking the centre of the hotel and managed to be upgraded to use of the Lagoon Restaurant which is normally I believe for use with Lagoon Suites. For the entire duration of our stay guest services , in particular Alina and Veronika, were wonderful. We would love to come back again.
